For established patients who have completed an Initial Consultation or Foundation Package and want continued guidance as their care evolves.
Membership is designed for ongoing support, lab review when appropriate, plan refinement, fertility-care support, pregnancy support, postpartum support, and continued accountability after your foundation has been built.
Membership follows a quarterly rhythm. Every three months, you’ll receive an updated questionnaire and lab guidance when appropriate. The following month, we’ll meet to review your updated intake, lab results, progress, and next steps.
This creates a steady rhythm of reassessment, refinement, and support without needing to start over each time your body, goals, or season of care changes
